Ha ha, yes you know how the system is designed
This is actually a little bit like connecting a dish washer

Is it a "geigle pin" Jens.? I've always wondered what they looked like.
Hi guys
Well better tell what it is, as I dont want it "probing" my rear side
This is my new oil dip stick .
2 short pipes for the returning oil from the pump, and 1 long.
The long pipe is for the SMITHS oil check that has been "nesting" in a corner of the dash for 28 years.
It was disconnected, when JanSpeed built the car, as the SMITHS dip stick pipe for the gauge, dont fit into an A plus block,
= it was made for old 60ies engine types.
The pump will be controlled by a micro swith, on the throttle linkage,
so it only runs, when the car is idling (most vacumm = drowning the valves) .
Did a test run this eveing, so far so good = it keeps the oil level well below the original return channels, in the head.
