Err I think i just made a massive balls up on my
12g202 head
trying to remove what was left of the water by pass tube, with an easy out as i started to undo it after heating it with lots of atf/kerroncine mix and having to use a bar to move it, there was a massive crack noise it free'd off but it also took a chunk out my head. Annoy and feel stupid
CAN THIS BE FIXED?
thanks

If I was you I'd get it brazed up & drill about 6 1/8" diameter holes in the thermostat to act as a bypass & call it quits.

The holes in the thermostat do the same job as the bypass hose, by allowing a small amount iof water to circulate before the thermostat has opened. It shouldn't be very expensive to get it brazed up, maybe £30 or so.
Or a new head shouldn't be too expensive.

A 295 is a massively better option than any 202.

Have you considered gluing it. I know it sounds a bodge.
Proper slow setting Araldite might be an option or JB Weld high heat.
Super glue is great for cast iron but not really suitable for high temps.

you didn't go green and tear all your clothes off at the same time did you?
that's quite an impressive bit of damage to do just from riving at it!
