Any Weber Guru's out there
The trip to Blyton showed a massive flat spot under heavy acceleration in my car, ive never noticed it before
Trying to pull off the line it showed a flat spot , And just after a gear change (around the 5500- 6500 rpm range) there was a massive nothing then all was ok again.
Theres no misfires or starvation all the way up to 8000rpm , just that huge flat spot as described after you plant your foot down again following a change (doesnt do it lower down the rev range)
FYI - Arden 8 port running twin 40 DCOE's
Any ideas what it may be ??

Hi,
I have a similar engine. What kind of sparc plugs do you use? What is their colour? What ignition time at 6000?

I'd be looking at the progression circuit first, which means changing the idle jets. What have you got fitted now ?

Peter Morgan would also sort it out on the rollers I'd have thought. (Wrexham)
