cooper s block . two end caps missing

Post by Pedromintor »

Hi
I Have a thick flange 1275 cooper s block. It only has the centre end cap with it. other two were lost before I bought it.
What is my options ? find second ones and line bore ? or a new set and line bore ?
Any advise would be good.

Thank you
Peter

I am very happy with my ones...

You could go either way as a 'fix' but working from new caps will be easier and give a better result.

Pretty much all suppliers will be able to sell you a set of caps. The expense in the operation isn't the caps it's the machining that they will need.

Expect to pay £400 +.

No point just doing 2, do them all, it won't cost any more.
