Hi,
Anyone can help to find a old type HS2 SU AED1310 LH float bowl?

I would glue the piece back in. Fuel doesn't get that high in the bowl.

Hi Al,

I'm sure that I will have one.

I'll have a look this evening.

Epoxy (Araldite) should work but it needs to be fully cured before contact with the petrol.

Where in the world might you be sir ? I have a few scabby 1 1/4" SUs which might yield the float bowl.

I think Frost or Eastwoods used to sell what they termed low temperature welding rods (Aluminium) which suposedly welded (more likley solderd ?) even pot metal, it if I remember did not use any flux. :?

Thanks for your help guys!
Is the LH and RH bowl the same ? cause I see the same part no. on them, the one broken is the RH driver/ flywheel side, and it is the old type without the vertical joint casting mark, seems only found on early twin SU sets!
