After 20 odd years the engine is running again. It has been completely rebuilt and I have installed a new dynamo from mini spares, new control box, and new coil. It has been set up with negative earth.
I cannot get the ignition light to go out when the engine is running.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Re: Ignition light
All now sorted thanks. Flashed the dynamo and encourage the points in the control box and all now well.
