Has anyone ever had their certificate list things like uprated hydro bags?
This car has blue dot/stripe bags. May 66 car, anything special? thanks

The blue displacers were the hard comp ones but I can't say I've seen them on a Heritage Certificate as I always thought they were a post production fit.
