FE 496**

It's a LHD Austin mini 850. Dating from the FE number it would have been built around dec 62/Jan 63. Someone with info on the chassis number in the 33 thousands will give you a more accurate date. If you apply for a Heritage cert based on the chassis number you should get most info you require. Hope this is of some help.

The chassis number and FE Number look like they belong together but I think a build date of late May 1960 is much more likely.

Sorry pawermini I miss read I thought the FE number was 496 thousand instead of 49.6 thousand. Simon is right with the date! sorry for the confusion.

its confirmed 30th may 1960 !!!
