Well, thankyou everyone who PM'd me and for your suggestions...

I pick this up on Saturday....

Rot free, Re-con engine, new master cyls and copper pipes, good hood and rip free interior!

Ted, is that actually leaking oil, heaven forbid, what have you let yourself in for, Minis don't do that, do they?

Other than that, as long as you are of smallish stature that looks excellent, all said with tongue firmly in cheek.

That looks like a nice motor, good luck with it.

Nice one Ted,check out those back lever arm shocks - make a massive difference especially in this weather - been there,done that !!

as for being able to fit in... thats the first thing I found out when I got there! hahaa!

Nice! I've got a Frogeye and my mate has a '72 Midget. He's got a 1380 engine in it and really sorted the suspension, it rides and corners really well for a fast road car.

What have you got planning for yours?

got some cibies, thinking a lotus esque yellow stripe... the chap i bought it off gave me some stick on number plates... I'd like some wire wheels, but they are super expensive... lol

Picked it up today! lve it already!

...expensive and a pig to keep clean, get some decent alloys, minilites always look the part and so do some early '70s wheels. I think my mate Matt might have some bits and pieces if you PM me.

The MG BBS is a good place for fellow inline A-series fans...
