help iam rebuilding a 850 engine .
i got a duplex timing chain witch i have fitted,
when i do up the crank bolt up it locks the crank up .
is this due to the duplex cogs being wider then a single chain.
the engine is a 1961,any help would be great

The two nuts by the bottom sprocket need replacing with countersunk screws.

a good quality kit should usually have the countersunk set screws with it,,, 

for my sins,i own a 1957 wolsleley 1500
