Been into mini's since I bought my first one 25 years ago at the age of 17. I've had many since but haven't actually had one on the road for a good while.
Currently own a 1071 S, Mk3 S, RSP, pick up and a 1961 ex autocrosser. They're all in various states of disrepair, as work (started a new business as a commercial insurance broker 2 years ago) and three sons keep me very busy.
The RSP should be done soon, just had the motor out due to a melted piston, that will become a weekend run about for me and the misses. 1071 is in paint (has been for three years) and currently buried in the garage. Mk3 is stripped and under cover in a mates yard, pick up is somewhere in East Yorkshire (long story), autocrosser was a mad ebay moment and only good for parts.
I also own a 65 Lambretta and a 50cc mobylette, reg ORX79F!
2012, the year I finally get to drive a mini of my own, legally.
