I own a 1966 “S” and may have the opportunity to obtain “wet” parts from an Innocenti. The parts would include radius arms, displacers and possibly subframes.
Are all these Innocenti hydro parts compatible with Classic MK1 minis?

Re: Hydrolastic: Classic MK1 vs Innocenti
Disclaimer: I am by no means an expert in Hydrolastics, but do have some clue about Innocentis.
So rather than not getting any answer I thought I share my semi-professional best guess with you.
The radius arms, the subframes and all the other Hydrolastic bobbins of the Innocentis should be 1:1 compatible to you british Mk1. The displacers may have a different rate (think there was info on the colour marking of displacers somewhere else here recently). The subframes, of 70s Innocentis at least, were built by firsat rather than Mowog. But that doesn't necessarily apply to earlier Innocentis.
So I assume they can be used more or less as a like-for-like replacement.
The expert on Innocentis is Lorenzo Battaglia, his web page in Italian where you also find his contact details:

Yes I am a nerd: I am researching the Austrian Mini-racing scene of the 60s and 70s

Re: Hydrolastic: Classic MK1 vs Innocenti
As far as I know Innocenti didn't start pressing their own panels until the early 70s so anything from before then should be 100% compatible
Of course I know what a dipstick is, you get called something often enough you look it up!
