Just acquired some chrome window latches which make up a partial set (plus a duplicate, as the pic shows).
Dismantling the one on the right for cleaning is easy.
The one on the left, though... how's that taken apart? Or isn't it?

Too greasy to see clearly but it LOOKS as though it's rivetted together

The metal surrounding the washer that the pin passes through is peened over to hold it in place. Knock it back, hold the catch carefully in a vice and whilst pushing the button in get a small screwdriver to lever out the little washer. Watch for the springs flying around though….

The pin on the left one looks like it’s worn/broken and may not have enough length left to lock well
I use a similar method to Steve - hold the button closed with a cable tie or in the vice, remove the peened edges and then you can get a pick or small screwdriver through the washer and lever it out
If you don’t need to disassemble it to replace a part, you can also soak it in a tub of degreaser (or your favourite alternative) and then cycle the button to clean it out. You can spray in some grease once it’s clean and dry
