Am I right in thinking that *FF registration numbers, like *SU *SK and *SV numbers are replacements issued by the DVLA after a reg transfer ?
Are there any others to be aware of ?

My 1955 landrover was issued BGS 756 A when it lost its number. BGS is perthshire registration. It now wears an age related 3 numbers & 3 letters, xxx UYM
