Dip switch fly lead to main loom

Dip switch fly lead to main loom
Trying to install the heater on my car and I’ve got too much loom in the way. Should the connection for the fly lead to main loom be above or below the parcel shelf?

I put my connectors above, as that was the way the old loom came out. The grommet on the old loom is still there so it was an easy check
