Cross member covers

Does anyone know where I could get a pair of cross member covers or source the material to make some?
These are the diamond hatched aluminium covers between the seat and the door.

I think I have one or possibly two in my loft

No crossmember covers but i have a pair of the Vertical Sill Covers in that diamond pattern
