96 Rover Mini Cooper - Rotor Arm

Hello - I have the above model Mini Cooper and I am looking to fit a set of new spark plugs leads, distributor cap and rotor arm as the existing parts are looking a bit shabby. I can't seem to find any info about fitting a new rotor arm in my manual - does this simply pull off and can be easily changed over or is it held on with a screw or small bolt?

The rotor arm on a 1996 is just a push/pull fit. The distributor cap is bolted on, but you would have seen that already.

Dizzy cap is GDC156

Rotor arm is GRA2143
