I have a 1962 Morris Mini Traveller that I'm presently restoring. Through a local reseller I bought door steps that came from Minispares, part number MS47L&R they have the Klokkerholm name on a sticker and Magnum part number 40-11-052.
Dimensionally I have found them to be very wrong. The innermost bend has a very large radius, approx 1/2, instead of the tight bend of my original, the first step, outermost, is short, the outside seam is short along with the overall width, the original curve seems to be missing, the pillar to pillar distance is too large to use as is.
What I'm interested in finding out is who makes the most accurate MK1 door step? I've heard M-machine's part is better. Has anyone looked at them closely? I believe that the door steps Heritage sells is for a MK3. Has anyone modified them for a MK1? Perhaps I should use the curved ends from the MS47R&L steps, which are much better, and have a sheet metal shop bend me up a custom straight section.

Re: Door Step Help Needed
M Machine are generally well regarded for quality, but be prepared for a long wait.

+1 for woody above. The wait is indicative of the demand for their mini panels. But others more experienced will hopefully come on board
