Missing bracket for Heater cable?

Am I missing a bracket here for my heater cable? If so is there a part number or is it part of an assembly? Any advice for sourcing etc would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Yes, it's missing. But simplicity itself to make if you can't find one

You need 62, 63 and 64 on the following link. Cable clap has part number 27H1193
