Has anyone fitted a braided brake line between the RH brass T (brake switch) and the bulkhead T? Thought it might be a good idea in case the front subframe needed to be lowered to remove the rack if ever necessary.

HEL performance do a kit to replace the pipe you mention plus the one round to the other side:

They will also make up custom brake hoses/lines, with a nice online configurator. Proper road-legal swaged fittings, not the DIY compression olive type. I've used them for some sections on my car (though I do have normal lines on the front subframe) and they seem good to me.
