Hello,
I have just replaced the NGK BPR6ES spark plugs in my Mini Cooper and noticed that the original right hand side plug is very dark compared to the other three plugs as shown in the attached photo. The Mini is running 95 octane unleaded petrol and I would appreciate to know what could be causing the darker plug? Cheers

Re: 96 Rover Mini Cooper - Dark Spark Plug
It could be old, oil fouled from a leaky valve stem, running rich, too cold of a plug etc
I’d just replace them all and check the new ones after a few miles
