Can someone tell me the size and tread count for the crank pulley bolt?

UNS not BSW so the thread profile is slightly wider angle, but fits well enough with a dab of blue loctite.

On the flywheel end, if you plan on giving it some revs, I personally would only use the correct form thread and not use an approximation. In my experience, only mini specific places held the correct form, lots of places tool type sell the close one, and second hand through ebay etc is a bit hit and miss. I use 150 ft lb torque not 115 ( view a few threads about torque setting for flywheel bolts on a couple of forums for interest )

It has been so many years ago now I can't recall where I bought the correct tap. Seems it was in the $50 /$60 US at the time. It arrived having been dipped In wax. I carefully split the wax and after each use return it to the safety of the wax. There is no substitute for the correct tool. Steve (CTR)
