Factory drawing cylindre head

hi,
I'm looking for factory drawing of a 12g940 cylinder head or any smallbore, with all dimensions.
I already have a drawing for a 12g295 available on this site, but it is difficult to read.
so if anyone has a drawing. just let me know.
