Hi!

Please, I have a question for all the engine Cooper S experts.

Introd: My 1275 MK1 Cooper S engine was bilt using the METRO MG Cam.

Question: Is it correct to use the standard 160lb double valve springs (7000 rpm limit) or is it more desirable to use the fast road 200lb springs?

The MGMetro cam won't rev more than 7000 anyway. Use the softest springs you can get away with. Remember to check the fitted length.
