MOWOG 26 Laygear
I am starting to sort through my boxes of 3SYNCHRO gearbox spares and have come across a laygear, which from memory is close ratio.
It is stamped MOWOG 26 with also 44 next to it, I am sure this is the same as the 22G204 Laygear, can anyone identify this/confirm please.

Re: MOWOG 26 Laygear
13 / 19 / 23 / 26. Just checked the 22G232 and 22G1100 Laygears and they are the same tooth count as the MOWOG 26.
The laygear is in my box of A and B type close ratio 3 synchro gear clusters I am sorting through.
Any info greatly appreciated

Re: MOWOG 26 Laygear
I've got a funny feeling that the gear teeth numbers against a part number are listed in the S parts list somewhere - or is it in JP's Mini Cooper and S book......?

The paper tag that was attached to the laygear stated removed from 190 box from 1071S. This was 40+ yrs ago so cannot be sure.

My 204 has the 26 and 44 on it a well as the number, and yes, taken from a 190 box.

Re: MOWOG 26 Laygear
Appreciate the reply and the picture. Sounds promising that it matches up to my paper tag
