Has anybody pressed out the shaft on a Cooper S pin

Easy … done it several times now.
And a cheap way of getting an AEG 410 pump without paying AEG410 prices, if you use an identical but short drive pin small bore Concentric oil pump.

I have a 1275 s and no one on earth seems to have an aeg410 so I think I'll do like you, I'm an experienced mechanic and machinist, tell me which pump you ordered and I'll replace the shaft
