Is there a method for repairing the crack around the horn screw hole and what paint should be used for the steering wheel finish?
Was thinking some kind of epoxy filler for the crack ?

Sorry tried searching for this but apparently ‘steering wheel’ is too common..
Is there a method for repairing the crack around the horn screw hole and what paint should be used for the steering wheel finish?

I used an epoxy filler putty. It feels like play dough and you squish it together until it is all one colour. It turns rock hard but can be difficult to adhere to the old bakelite. Worked well for me. A few coates of high build primer and a cost of gloss black epoxy spray paint did the job.
