Boot floor tank support measurments
Would anyone by chance happen to have a picture/diagram with the measurements of where the tanks supports(twin tanks) are positioned on the boot floor.I have the boot board measurements already but would like to have a better idea of the position of the supports.TIA

Exact location of r/hand boot floor stand is of interest to me too. Would save me from taking my S apart. Anyone?

Re: Boot floor tank support measurments
4 3/4" from the center of the tank strap captured nut hole to the edge of the support, and 1 5/8" from the center of the subframe mount holes, to the center of the support. Same as a left tank only opposite..

Thanks Tech, from me and Java! and regards from Abingdon, the ancestral home of MG cars. I can now see/understand why the old removed stand has a cutaway section at the end - to clear the fillet.
