I was wondering if I could put grease in the steering wheel boss?? It is such a bear to change the boss when I change steering wheels.

In the US i think they call it "Never Seize" .. in the UK i use "CopperSlip" .. lovely stuff to use on on UNF Threads & Splines + Wheel Studs etc.
Just apply with a small artist paintbrush .. been using Copper Slip for the last 55 years without any issues.
