I have been going through the loom which came with the mini, it looks like a newer models loom but as I will be butchering it anyway it doesn't matter.
However, the rear loom wires are all accounted for except a spur with an earth (black ring) and a white wire.
Can anyone please tell me what it is doing there?
White is normally ignition fed non fused IIRC, and the Haynes has no record of it!
Thanks
Ed

The original SU fuel pumps were mounted on the rear subframe

Fuel pump wires .. pass through the closest of the two holes to the bulkhead. The other hole takes the fuel hose.
