Hello together,
I have bought a car originally build from a CKD kit in Portugal. The VIN has a P at the fourth last position of the VIN. Is this a tipo or a Portugal specific specialty?

Vin’s from CKD cars built in Portugal have no P, it is mostly for sure a typo...
EX: mk1 CKD Austin Cooper : C-A257 L-nnnnnn
What year is the car ? At some point ( 1969/70 I believe ) all cars built here started to have an ‘S’ as last VIN digit , this relates to the plant name/location ( Setúbal ) .
