MK1 Speedo adjustment

So I have a new to me 120 Speedo and want to adjust the mileage for my car, I seem to remember doing this a long time ago, but my memory fails me

I shouldn't admit it! but used to be quite a dab hand with a small flat blade screwdriver!!!!
in between the figures gently lift them over the internal gears, trick is getting them level,
been a very long time, some types used to pull the pin out and adjust
