Formula for Fiesta Blue

I have a 1969 mk 2 mini Van which im about to restore . Im looking for the paint code for the colour Fiesta Blue NO 4951 or Hesta Blue NO 4951.difficult to read. I can not find it listed on any paint charts I have
Any help appreciated

The commercials were available in primer only so that the customer could paint them in the corporate colour.

Fiesta Blue seems to be a mid-blue (like French blue). It could be BEA or a gas / water company colour.

Might be worth trying Ken Burdekin.

Ken has been in the business for years and might have the mixing scheme for it ?

Is the van UK market or other? Some countries had different colour choices.

I don't recognise it as a UK BMC colour. As already said, BMC cars assembled in other countries (CKD cars etc) used locally sourced paints.
