Was the car put to some other use before July 1969?

Sothern Cross is 1970, not 69.
Add:
Rally of the Hills Nov 70 Culcheth/Bonhomme 4th.
It is something of a mystery why reg nos were attached to most of the race cars in that era. The Cooper Car Co did not carry reg numbers by then but some others teams (eg. Team Lotus, Alan Mann Ford) did. Some continental events may have required it (and some like the Marathon de la route were technically rallies as they had a small road section to the Nurburgring) but the Group 5 BSCC did not. May have been internal accounting.
It is likely the RJB327F rally car was new, not a converted race car.

Interesting tyre choice for a dirt road, I guess that a knobbly tyre wouldn’t dig into the hard surface??
