flasher unit / relay

I am looking to purchase a replacement unit as the existing one, well it has been flattened in storage!
I know from read through a variety of threads that the new alternatives are not great, does anyone have an alternative that they would recommend.

Also on the lucas fuse box, I have two part numbers are either of these correct? 54038068 or 606253A?
