Clutch slave- green or bare unpainted metal
Servo cylinder - bare unpainted metal

While the Coil holders were painted Green, I'm quite sure they were zinc plated under that.
Servo bodys were always plain iron, which is a shame, as they don't take long to start looking terrible.
Starters - depends on when the engine was assembled.
Clutch Slave I'm sure too, like the Wheel cylinders were plain iron. Having said this, I think some of the early ones were painted.
I think the Starter Solenoid Brackets were Zinc Plated ? It may have been our local production that was that way.
Clutch Arm was painted.

I have certainly seen more original green painted clutch slaves than metal ones & original starters were green at least in the UK market. Agree with pretty much everything else though.
