Just a re-cap to confirm my findings searching this section:
Coil bracket- plated
Dynamo bracket for coil- green
Dynamo- green
Starter- green or black
Clutch slave- green or bare unpainted metal
Servo cylinder - bare unpainted metal
Starter solenoid bracket black
Heater tap- green
Thermostat housing- green
16 blade fan- Yellow
Pulley- Yellow or unpainted / thin black finish.
Distributor clamp- plated.
Clutch actuating arm- green
If anyone can fill in the blanks, I will edit this list.

While the Coil holders were painted Green, I'm quite sure they were zinc plated under that.
Servo bodys were always plain iron, which is a shame, as they don't take long to start looking terrible.
Starters - depends on when the engine was assembled.
Clutch Slave I'm sure too, like the Wheel cylinders were plain iron. Having said this, I think some of the early ones were painted.
I think the Starter Solenoid Brackets were Zinc Plated ? It may have been our local production that was that way.
Clutch Arm was painted.

I have certainly seen more original green painted clutch slaves than metal ones & original starters were green at least in the UK market. Agree with pretty much everything else though.
