Hello,
I have a Smiths Tachometer RV1 1003/00 which I would like to install in my 1071. The car is positive earth and I believe the tachometer is negative earth. I do not understand all this and do not know whether this is possible to install.

RVI tachos can be wired for positive or negative ground by reversing the center and 12v connections. RVC are generally negative ground only.
