Hi guys,
I'm looking on M-machine site and found 11.36.04.03 LH and 04 RH.
They are described as "Stiffener, A Post, RH, Early Mk1 59-62.
I cant find any info anywhere about this panel, has anyone heard of it or know anything about it?

Re: M-machine panel
Probably (without looking) it is a long narrow panel that connects the front door opening edge (where the weatherstrip goes) to the Flitch Panel/rear of the wheel well area panel........

Re: M-machine panel
yeah thats it but what was used after 62. It's the panel that the door check strap bolts to. Was this double thickness due to 2 panels and then after 62 went to one??

Re: M-machine panel
If you look at there picture of it, they use one part number for 2 different panels. There earlier version starts around half way down the post and the goes along the inner sill, in kind of an "L" shape to the cross member.

Re: M-machine panel
The earlier version was for the backwards lapped floor with the sills as part of the floor.....The one that leaked....
Newer part is for the later floor with separate sills....
