It looks a similar shape to the injection one? Hard to tell exactly what it is without the dimensions

A mid ‘70s V6 Cortina air filter element is about the right size for that.
It’s what I was using a few months ago when I was playing at making an enclosed airbox with the filter positioned like the one in your picture.
