CV joint clips

Can anyone recommend where I can get some decent quality metal CV joint clips? I am building some driveshafts for a 7.5" disc setup and need both the small and large ones. Minispares only supply the large ones and having bought some clips on Ebay advertised for Metro and Mini find that the small clips are so long that they restrict the ability to pull them tight. I have the proper tool for crimping them but the teeth on the clips are difficult to keep engaged long enough to use the tool. I live near Worcester
