My S shell was full of holes from various mods over the years and most I had welded up... but amongst those I overlooked were the two extra by the throttle cable entry into the cabin - through the toe board.
Right now it would be easy to seal these up ahead of rebuilding... but am I missing what purpose they may serve??
Any ideas anyone? It may have had a bonnet unlocking cable or something like that early in its life perhaps?
I assume all cars don't have these?
Holes by accelerator cable location - any ideas?

I doubt if it will be ready until after the summer at the rate I am going... next job is to spin it on the spit whilst spraying supertrol into everything
