there is something on ebay germany i want, need, must have

is there anybody who can a) buy it and get it delivered to me?, b) just buy it and get it collected, c) have it posted to them if i pay, d) speak better german than me (not difficult)

its a pair of tyres, located in petersberg (slap bang in the middle)
