How well did it work Mark?
Any updates on the longevity and wear?
Got a couple of things I need to recolour and curious to know it’s success rate.

Re: Colouring Vinyl
When you order the Vinyl Paint also get some of their Vinylprep .. wipe this stuff over the material before painting and this preparation leaves a tacky surface that helps the top coat to key .. worked for me on several differing makes of Leather Seats & a Mk1 & Mk3 Headlining.

Not sure if its the same company - new name, new location - but I've used a "Vinylkote" paint from Bradleys in Stowmarket with excellent results.

Re: Colouring Vinyl
Have a vinylcoat rear seat back that was green, cleaned it with their prep stuff, dusted it in white before painting it red... still looks good nearly 30 years later
