cooper car co antics

hey all ,

been testing an old cooper car co car that hasnt seen the track in 30 years

i know its non mini but hey its a cooper!

i was going to say have a guess at what it is, but my photobucket is being retarded.... pics to follow eventualy.

Interesting front brake set up, do they call that semi inboard??

yes,i call it bloody great! you can bleed it and change the pads with the wheels on all round!

the calipers just happen to look very mini cooper S and seem to be made of alloy.... mite have to look into it.

is that a 2.5 or 4.5 ?

I was going to say that looks liek a Daimler V8 but was beaten to it. :(

yes chap, we had pembrey for the day with work for a pre season shake down / testing. couldnt have had a better day for it. its a 2.5 , allthough we may be looking into doing a 4.5 but the issue with it is the box, its an early hewland HD4 and its at the max allready....

i can say, it has to be the best car i have ever driven!!
