I have been a member for a few montrhs, and am really enjoying following the builds and tech talks.
I am rebuilding Mk1 cooper 1964 and looking for some advice please.
I am about to remove the entire rear corner, below the rear window from the door b pillar to the boot lid aperture.
I have a replacement half arch, rear quarter side panel and a BL rear corner panel to fit. Fortunately the boot floor is good as is the rear valance.
Getting to the point.. it last i hear you say!.. I am looking for any advice on bracing the shell in this situation. The shell is empty and still on subframes.. obviously dont want it to end up a mini on one side and a broadspeed gt on the other!
Have done lots of welding on mini's in the past, but mainly front panels, sills, floors.
Any suggestions welcome (apart from getting someone alse to do it!

Thanks..
