Hi
Can someone clarify what the three timing marks on the minispares ultralight flywheel correspond to?
Is it TDC 5 deg 10deg?
Simon

Re: Minispares Ultralight Flywheel Timing Marks
Don't EVER trust timing marks on any flywheels, either factory or after market. They are ALL allover the place.
Put your own marks on by getting the motor to TDC & marking it yourself.
Having said that, timing marks are usually 15,10, 5° etc.

Re: Minispares Ultralight Flywheel Timing Marks
I fitted one and made my own mark on the bottom pulley using a dial gauge on the piston. I found the tdc mark on the flywheel to be very very close. I think, emphasis on think, the flywheel marks are 0, 2, 4, 6 etc..

I've just measured another one, mark is quite correct, 0, 5, 10 and 15.
