Using factory parts? Yes.

Mokes, Vans and some Sedans from 68 to 74 were manufactured in Aust like this.

Not sure why you'd want to though.

If you are very lucky you can find a magic wand diff housing that'll mate up to a 4 sync box. They are line bored as a matching pair, so they won't necessarily line up, and can leak oil and possibly damage the bearings. E.g.

The "pudding stirrer" was the style on 4 sync vans, and had the remote style diff housing and a plate that bolted on underneath. Parts 34 to 37 at the bottom here.
