Mokes, Vans and some Sedans from 68 to 74 were manufactured in Aust like this.
Not sure why you'd want to though.

If you are very lucky you can find a magic wand diff housing that'll mate up to a 4 sync box. They are line bored as a matching pair, so they won't necessarily line up, and can leak oil and possibly damage the bearings. E.g.
