The cap looks like the ones that were sold that have a grub screw in them to fit them around the outside of the locking fuel caps, wasn't this a later 90's idea to have the older 'Enots' cap look but still have the security of a locking cap, personally I would just replace both with a matching pair you like

Late 90's makes sense for when most of the work was done on the car. Sounds like a plan! Thanks
