suspension setups

Post by mk1rally »

Just an idea on what people are running.

I'm on 1.5 deg fixed arms (so that will be 1.5 more than stock, whatever the base line of the car was), HD adjustable tiebars and fixed neg camber plates on the rear.

The car is lovely on the loose (it has up to recently been used as a rally car), easy to invoke oversteer where needed but on the tarmac/track, id like it to be a little less loose. It does need lowering a little too and if I am going to be doing more tackdays (cheaper TBH!!), I don't think I need the sump guard!!

Looking for less understeer really, so hopefully this will not invoke as much off oversteer, powering off.

My advice would be to get the suspension measured properly before fitting the fixed neg front arms. There can be a big difference between the two sides as standard.
